Pride

I don't mind admitting that I like everything I make. That's what makes my job such a pleasure. This large freestanding wind chime composed of a 60 pound natural beach stone base, 1/2 inch diameter copper supports, beach glass inspired artist-made glass and ten double brushed handcrafted copper chimes with beach stone clappers is right at the top of the pride scale. Yes, I admit, I love it!

  2. Hi Tami~ thanks for the nice comment, and compliment. I struggle with the photographs~ these large works are tough to capture. They always look so small, compared to real life! I'm heading over to have a look at your food blog right now! Tim~

  8. Hi threecollie,
Thank you so much! You know, the idea is to let some of of those who collect my work know a little about my life and the influences on my work. Also to catch the eye of some who may not visit eBay or the galleries I sell through~ So it is very nice to read your comment, and I hope some others also are enjoying this. Tim~

  9. Thanks, James! I hope you can sometime in the future. But don't worry, I have lots of other really fine things in my eBay store, and other galleries on line, many of which are much less expensive~ Thanks again! Tim~

  11. Hi Veronica,
Thanks for the nice compliment! And for noting the picture. These are not so simple (at least for me!) to take decent pictures of. I've gotten better over the years, I think, but still get lots of emails saying the real thing is so much better than the picture. Guess that is much better than the other way around! Thanks again. Tim

  12. It's beautiful. I love your chimes. I love your idea.

Wish that I could develop something new for my handicraft.

  13. Hi tere616,
Thank you very much! Well, you know, thinking up the designs is at least half the work~ probably more. I spend a huge amount of time just thinking~ playing with ideas in my head until I see something I like. Then I try to build it~ which is another story, and can sometimes lead to new places... or no place at all. Thanks again! Tim~
